Disclosed is a solar cell panel including a solar cell; a sealing member surrounding and sealing the solar cell; a moisture barrier layer positioned between the solar cell and the sealing member and including silicon, a first cover member positioned at a surface of the solar cell on the sealing member; and a second cover member positioned at another surface of the solar cell on the sealing member.

A solar cell panel comprising:
- a solar cell;
- a sealing member surrounding and sealing the solar cell;
- a moisture barrier layer including silicon and positioned between the solar cell and the sealing member;
- a first cover member positioned at a surface of the solar cell on the sealing member;
- and
- a second cover member positioned at another surface of the solar cell on the sealing member.

A method for manufacturing a solar cell panel, the method comprising:
- forming a moisture barrier layer on a solar cell, the solar cell comprising a photoelectric conversion portion and an electrode;
- and
- laminating and attaching the solar cell having the moisture barrier layer, a sealing member for sealing the solar cell, a first cover member positioned at a surface of the solar cell on the sealing member, and a second cover member positioned at another surface of the solar cell on the sealing member.
