Using augmented reality for secure transactions

A system comprising:

• a non-transitory memory storing instructions;
• and
• a processor configured to execute the instructions to cause the system to:
• acquire, via an augmented reality (AR) device, an image of a display of a user device;
• determine, based on image analysis of the image, that the user device displays an interactive transaction element for a transaction between the user device and a server;
• communicate with a server to move functionality of the interactive transaction element from the user device to the AR device;
• generate a new interactive transaction element providing access to the transaction at the server;
• and
• provide access to the new interactive transaction element that is visually projected via the AR device.

A non-transitory machine-readable medium having instructions stored thereon, the instructions executable to cause performance of operations comprising:

• acquiring, via an augmented reality (AR) device, an image of a display of a user device;
• determining, based on image analysis of the image, that the user device displays an interactive transaction element for a transaction between the user device and a server;
• communicating with a server, that provides the interactive transaction element, to move functionality of the interactive transaction element from the user device to the AR device;
• generating a new interactive transaction element providing access to the transaction at the server;
• and
• providing access to the new interactive transaction element that is visually projected via the AR device.
