Abstract
A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a program that causes a processor to execute a process that includes receiving identification information of a user; identifying a region for storing personal information of the user corresponding to the identification information in a memory, and transmitting question information stored in a region accessible with a right of an administrator other than the user to a terminal of the user; and when receiving an answer to the question information, storing the answer in the identified region for storing the personal information of the user.

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a program, the program causing a processor to execute a process, the process comprising:
- receiving identification information of a user;
- identifying a region for storing personal information of the user corresponding to the identification information in a memory, and transmitting question information stored in a region accessible with a right of an administrator other than the user to a terminal of the user;
- and
- when receiving an answer to the question information, storing the answer in the identified region for storing the personal information of the user.
A method of personal information managed by a computer, comprising:
- receiving identification information of a user;
- identifying a region for storing personal information of the user corresponding to the identification information in a memory, and transmitting question information stored in a region accessible with a right of an administrator other than the user to a terminal of the user;
- and
- when receiving an answer to the question information, storing the answer in the identified region for storing the personal information of the user.
An information processing device comprising:
- a memory;
- and
- a processor configured to communicate with the memory and the processor configured to
- receive identification information of a user,
- identify a region for storing personal information of the user corresponding to the identification information in the memory, and transmit question information stored in a region accessible with a right of an administrator other than the user to a terminal of the user, and
- when receiving an answer to the question information, store the answer in the identified region for storing the personal information of the user.
