Abstract
A temperature control unit has an SSR control unit that outputs an instruction to an SSR, a determination unit that determines, based on a current value acquired by a current value acquisition unit, whether or not a heater is being driven or stopped as instructed, and a warning output unit that outputs a warning to a controller if it is determined that the heater is not being driven or stopped as instructed.

An output control unit comprising a processor configured with a program to perform operations comprising:
- operation as an acquisition unit configured to acquire information regarding output from a control apparatus to an output apparatus;
- operation as an instruction output unit configured to instruct, in accordance with the information, a switching apparatus that switches between driving and stopping of the output apparatus, to drive or stop the output apparatus;
- operation as a measured value acquisition unit configured to acquire information indicating an actual operation of the output apparatus from a measurement apparatus that directly or indirectly measures an actual operation of the output apparatus;
- operation as a determination unit configured to determine, based on an instruction to the switching apparatus and the information indicating the actual operation, whether the output apparatus is being driven or stopped in accordance with an instruction that has been output, by the processor configured with the program to perform operation as the instruction output unit, to the switching apparatus;
- and
- operation as a warning output unit configured to output a warning in response to the processor configured with the program to perform operation as the determination unit determining that the output apparatus is not being driven or stopped in accordance with the instruction.

A control method of an output control unit, comprising:
- acquiring information regarding output from a control apparatus to an output apparatus;
- instructing, in accordance with the information, a switching apparatus that switches between driving and stopping of the output apparatus, to drive or stop the output apparatus;
- acquiring information indicating an actual operation of the output apparatus from a measurement apparatus that directly or indirectly measures an actual operation of the output apparatus;
- determining, based on an instruction to the switching apparatus and the information indicating the actual operation, whether the output apparatus is being driven or stopped in accordance with an instruction that has been output to the switching apparatus;
- and
- outputting a warning in response to determining that the output apparatus is not being driven or stopped in accordance with the instruction.
