Display panel having capacitor structures

A display panel, comprising:

• an active-matrix substrate comprising a transparent substrate and a plurality of capacitor structures disposed on the transparent substrate, at least one of the capacitor structures comprising:
• a first metal layer disposed on the transparent substrate;
• a first insulating layer disposed on the first metal layer;
• a second metal layer disposed on the first insulating layer, wherein the second metal layer partially overlaps with the first metal layer to forms a first capacitor;
• a second insulating layer disposed on the second metal layer;
• a conductive layer disposed on the second insulating layer, wherein the conductive layer partially overlaps with the second metal layer to form a third capacitor;
• a third insulating layer disposed on the conductive layer;
• and
• a transparent conductive layer insulated from the conductive layer and electrically connected with the second metal layer, wherein the transparent conductive layer partially overlaps with the conductive layer to form a second capacitor, wherein part of the first capacitor, part of the second capacitor, and part of the third capacitor are overlap in a normal direction of the transparent substrate.
