Topical spray formulation of glycopyrrolate

A topical spray composition comprising:

• 0.1 to 10% w/v of glycopyrrolate or its pharmaceutically acceptable salts,
• 0.1 to 10% w/v of film formers,
• 0.1 to 10% w/v of solubilizers/surfactants,
• 0.1 to 5.0% w/v of permeation enhancers,
• 0.1 to 10% w/v of plasticizers,
• 0.1% to 10% of other additives,
• optionally containing 10 to 90% v/v of a propellant, and
• a vehicle q.s to 100%.
