Abstract
A network node in a new radio access technology (RAT) configures a fixed resource on which transmission direction is fixed and a flexible resource on which transmission direction is changeable, and transmits a single channel which is mapped to the fixed resource and the flexible resource. The single channel may be divided into a first mini channel which is mapped to the fixed resource and a second mini channel which is mapped to the flexible resource.

1-15. (canceled)
A method performed by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
- receiving information on a reference transmission time interval (TTI) from a network;
- and
- configuring a frame having a TTI shorter than the reference TTI based on the reference TTI,
- wherein uplink/downlink (UL/DL) switching points of the frame are aligned with UL/DL switching points of a reference frame having the reference TTI.
A user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system, the UE comprising:
- a memory;
- a transceiver;
- and
- a processor, coupled to the memory and the transceiver, that:
- controls the transceiver to receive information on a reference transmission time interval (TTI) from a network, and
- configures a frame having a TTI shorter than the reference TTI based on the reference TTI,
- wherein uplink/downlink (UL/DL) switching points of the frame are aligned with UL/DL switching points of a reference frame having the reference TTI.
