Abstract
A method, includes: storing at least one set of data in a memory space, wherein the at least one set of data stored has a memory footprint in the memory space; and coupling, to the at least one set of data, a respective counter indicative of the at least one set of data, wherein the respective counter is embedded in the at least one set of data without increasing the memory footprint in the memory space.
Claims20
A method, comprising:
- storing at least one set of data in a memory space, wherein the at least one set of data stored has a memory footprint in the memory space;
- and
- coupling, to the at least one set of data, a respective counter indicative of the at least one set of data, wherein the respective counter is embedded in the at least one set of data without increasing the memory footprint in the memory space.
A system, comprising:
- a memory space for storing at least one set of data, wherein the at least one set of data stored has a memory footprint in the memory space;
- a counter inserter circuit configured for coupling, to the at least one set of data, a respective counter indicative of the at least one set of data, wherein the counter inserter circuit is configured to embed the respective counter in the at least one set of data without increasing the memory footprint in the memory space;
- and
- a counter extractor circuit configured for recovering, from the at least one set of data, the respective counter embedded therein.
1 more element
A computer program product, loadable in a non-transitory memory of at least one processing circuit, comprising instructions for:
- storing at least one set of data in a memory space, wherein the at least one set of data stored has a memory footprint in the memory space;
- and
- coupling, to the at least one set of data, a respective counter indicative of the at least one set of data, wherein the respective counter is embedded in the at least one set of data without increasing the memory footprint in the memory space.
