Quality parameter transmission method, terminal, and network side device

A quality parameter transmission method, wherein the method comprises:

• receiving, by a network side device, an indication message from a terminal, wherein the indication message carries first indication information indicating that the terminal has a quality parameter reporting capability;
• sending, by the network side device, a first request message to the terminal to request a quality parameter related to user experience of a preset service;
• and
• receiving, by the network side device, the value of the quality parameter from the terminal.

A terminal, comprising

• a memory, configured to store computer executable program code;
• and
• a processor, coupled to the memory, wherein
• the program code comprises an instruction, and when the processor executes the instruction, the instruction enables the first management unit to perform the following operations:
• sending, by a terminal, an indication message to a network side device, wherein the indication message carries first indication information indicating that the terminal has a quality parameter reporting capability;
• receiving a first request message from the network side device, wherein the first request message is used to request a quality parameter related to user experience of a preset service;
• and
• sending the value of the quality parameter to the network side device.

A network side device,

• a memory, configured to store computer executable program code;
• and
• a processor, coupled to the memory, wherein
• the program code comprises an instruction, and when the processor executes the instruction, the instruction enables the first management unit to perform the following operations:
• receiving an indication message from a terminal, wherein the indication message carries first indication information indicating that the terminal has a quality parameter reporting capability;
• sending a first request message to the terminal, wherein the first request message is used to request a quality parameter related to user experience of a preset service;
• and
• receiving the value of the quality parameter from the terminal.
