• an application unit that performs transmission, reception, or transmission/reception of a file between the opposing device and the file transmission/reception device in the master mode or the slave mode in accordance with a mode specified by the communication direction managing unit.

• The file transmission/reception device according to claim 21, wherein the communication direction managing unit acquires identification information used for identifying the opposing device from the opposing device after occurrence of the conflict, cuts off the connection, and determines the mode of the file transmission/reception device at a time of reconnection based on a result of a comparison between the identification information of the opposing device and identification information of the file transmission/reception device.

• The file transmission/reception device according to claim 21, wherein the communication direction managing unit, after the cut-off of the connection with the opposing device, sets the mode of the file transmission/reception device at a time of reconnection as the slave mode and, in a case that a connection request is not received from the opposing device, switches the mode of the file transmission/reception device to the master mode after a predetermined time has elapsed.

• The file transmission/reception device according to claim 21, wherein the communication direction managing unit acquires identification information used for identifying the opposing device from the opposing device after occurrence of the conflict and cuts off the connection, acquires the identification information from the opposing device the second time in a reconnection process, and notifies the application unit of connection establishment in a case that the acquired identification information matches the identification information of the file transmission/reception device.

• The file transmission/reception device according to claim 21, wherein the communication direction managing unit, after the application unit completes a process of one mode of the master mode and the slave mode, performs control of switching to the other mode.

• The file transmission/reception device according to claim 25, wherein the communication direction managing unit, in a case that the file transmission/reception device is in the master mode, performs control of cutting off the connection with the opposing device after the application unit completes the process of master mode.

• The file transmission/reception device according to claim 21, wherein, in a case that the opposing device is determined as not having a function for switching between the master mode and the slave mode based on specification information of the opposing device that is acquired from the opposing device after the occurrence of the conflict, the communication direction managing unit sets the mode of the file transmission/reception device at a time of the reconnection as the slave mode.

• The file transmission/reception device according to claim 21, further comprising a transmission condition information managing unit that performs control of transmitting or receiving only a file satisfying a condition set based on transmission condition information acquired from the opposing device.

• The file transmission/reception device according to claim 28, wherein, in a case that the opposing device is connected to a plurality of host devices, the transmission condition information is set as identification information used for identifying each of the host devices.

• The file transmission/reception device according to claim 21, wherein the near filed communication is TransferJet.

• The file transmission/reception device according to claim 31, wherein the transmission history comparing unit, after the connection establishment with the opposing device, acquires the transmission history list, which is generated by the opposing device, from the opposing device.

• acquiring identification information used for identifying the opposing device is acquired from the opposing device after occurrence of the conflict, and cutting off the connection, and
• determining the mode of the file transmission/reception device at a time of reconnection based on a result of a comparison between the identification information of the opposing device and identification information of the file transmission/reception device.

• The method according to claim 36, further comprising:
• after the cut-off of the connection with the opposing device, setting the mode of the file transmission/reception device at a time of reconnection as the slave mode, and
• in a case that a connection request is not received from the opposing device, switching the mode of the file transmission/reception device to the master mode after a predetermined time has elapsed.
