Abstract
A silicon-containing compound which improves emission efficiency and an organic electroluminescence device including the same are provided. The silicon-containing compound according to the inventive concept is represented by Formula 1 below.
Claims15
A silicon-containing compound represented by the following Formula 1:
- in Formula 1,
- L1, L2 and L3 are each independently a direct linkage, O, or S,
- R1 to R6 are each independently a hydrogen atom, a deuterium atom, a halogen atom, a cyano group, a substituted or unsubstituted amine group, a substituted or unsubstituted silyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted phosphine group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6 to 30 carbon atoms for forming a ring, or a substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl group having 2 to 30 carbon atoms for forming a ring, and
- “a” to “f” are each independently an integer of 0 to 4.

An organic electroluminescence device, comprising:
- a first electrode;
- a second electrode opposite to the first electrode;
- and
- a plurality of organic layers between the first electrode and the second electrode, the organic layers comprising an emission layer,
- wherein at least one organic layer of the the organic layers comprises a silicon-containing compound represented by the following Formula 1:
