Electroluminescent device

An electroluminescent device comprising:

• a substrate which has a subpixel including a main subpixel, a first auxiliary subpixel and a second auxiliary subpixel;
• a first thin film transistor, a second thin film transistor, and a third thin film transistor disposed on the substrate, the first thin film transistor corresponding to the main subpixel, the second thin film transistor corresponding to the first auxiliary subpixel, and the third thin film transistor corresponding to the second auxiliary subpixel;
• an overcoat layer on the first, second and third thin film transistors;
• a first bottom electrode, a second bottom electrode and a third bottom electrode on the overcoat layer, the first bottom electrode corresponding to the main subpixel, the second bottom electrode corresponding to the first auxiliary subpixel, and the third bottom electrode corresponding to the second auxiliary subpixel;
• a light-emitting layer on the first bottom electrode, the second bottom electrode and the third bottom electrode;
• and
• a top electrode on the light-emitting layer,
• wherein the main subpixel, the first auxiliary subpixel and the second auxiliary subpixel have different color temperatures to each other.
