Interaction apparatus, interaction method, and server device

An interaction method, comprising:

• recording speech information that is based on speech uttered by a user;
• in a state in which communication with an external server device is restored after temporal communication disconnection, causing the server device to create response sentence information corresponding to the speech information recorded during the communication disconnection;
• and
• responding to the user with a response sentence created on the basis of the response sentence information that is received from the server device,
• wherein the response sentence information is created on the basis of response rules.

A server device in an interaction system, the interaction system including the server device and an interaction apparatus configured to create a response sentence for speech uttered by a user through communication with the server device, the server device being a device external to the interaction apparatus, the server device comprising:

• a communicator configured to communicate with the interaction apparatus;
• a receiver configured to receive, from the interaction apparatus via the communicator, speech information that is based on the speech uttered by the user;
• a speech recognizer configured to generate text data by performing speech recognition on the speech information received by the receiver;
• a feature word extractor configured to extract, from the text data generated by the speech recognizer, a feature word that is a characteristic word included in the text data;
• a response creator configured to create response sentence information on the basis of the feature word extracted by the feature word extractor;
• and
• a transmitter configured to send, via the communicator, the response sentence information created by the response creator;
• wherein
• in a state in which communication with the interaction device via the communicator is restored after temporal communication disconnection, the server device receives, from the interaction apparatus, speech information that is information during the communication disconnection, creates response sentence information for the received speech information, and sends the created response sentence information to the interaction apparatus.
