Abstract
A system that synchronizes data between multiple accounts associated with a gaming establishment.
Claims20
A system comprising:
- a processor;
- and
- a memory device which stores a plurality of instructions, which when executed by the processor, cause the processor to:
- receive data associated with a requested amount of funds to be electronically transferred from a first gaming establishment account, wherein the first gaming establishment account is accessible via a mobile device application of a mobile device, and
- responsive to the first gaming establishment account and a second gaming establishment account linked to the first gaming establishment account being in compliance with a parameter of the first gaming establishment account and the second gaming establishment account linked to the first gaming establishment account, communicate, to a gaming establishment component which maintains the second gaming establishment account, fund transfer data associated with the requested amount of funds, wherein after the communication of the fund transfer data, the requested amount of funds are accessible via the mobile device application of the mobile device.

- receive, from a gaming establishment component, a request to conduct a transaction associated with a gaming establishment enterprise account accessible via a mobile device application of a mobile device, and
- responsive to the gaming establishment enterprise account not being linked to the gaming establishment component:
- create a gaming establishment account associated with the gaming establishment component,
- link the created gaming establishment account with the gaming establishment enterprise account, and
- permit access of the created gaming establishment account via the mobile device application of the mobile device.

- store first data associated with a first gaming establishment account and a first parameter of the first gaming establishment account, wherein the stored first data has a first timestamp and the first gaming establishment account is accessible via a mobile device application of a mobile device,
- receive second data from a first gaming establishment component which maintains the first gaming establishment account, the second data associated with the first gaming establishment account and a second parameter of the first gaming establishment account, wherein the second data has a second timestamp, and
- responsive to the second timestamp being later than the first timestamp, synchronize, based on the received second data, the stored first data with the received second data.
