Abstract
In an approach to a passively managed loyalty program using customer images and customer behaviors, one or more processors may receive one or more customer characteristics and one or more customer behaviors. One or more processors may also query for a first user based on the one or more customer characteristics and the one or more customer behaviors. One or more processors may further receive a user profile ID based on the query. One or more processors may additionally store at least one customer characteristic from the one or more customer characteristics and at least one customer behavior from the one or more customer behaviors under the user profile ID.
Claims20
A method comprising:
- receiving, by one or more processors, one or more customer characteristics and one or more customer behaviors;
- querying, by one or more processors, for a first user based on the one or more customer characteristics and the one or more customer behaviors;
- receiving, by one or more processors, a user profile ID based on the query;
- and
- storing, by one or more processors, at least one customer characteristic from the one or more customer characteristics and at least one customer behavior from the one or more customer behaviors under the user profile ID.
A computer program product, comprising:
- one or more computer readable storage devices and program instructions stored on the one or more computer readable storage devices, the stored program instructions comprising:
- program instructions to receive one or more customer characteristics and one or more customer behaviors;
- program instructions to query for a first user based on the one or more customer characteristics and the one or more customer behaviors;
- program instructions to receive a user profile ID based on the query;
- and
- program instructions to store at least one customer characteristic from the one or more customer characteristics and at least one customer behavior from the one or more customer behaviors under the user profile ID.
A computer system, comprising:
- one or more computer processors;
- one or more computer readable storage devices;
- program instructions stored on the one or more computer readable storage devices for execution by at least one of the one or more computer processors, the stored program instructions comprising:
- program instructions to receive one or more customer characteristics and one or more customer behaviors;
- program instructions to query for a first user based on the one or more customer characteristics and the one or more customer behaviors;
- program instructions to receive a user profile ID based on the query;
- and
- program instructions to store at least one customer characteristic from the one or more customer characteristics and at least one customer behavior from the one or more customer behaviors under the user profile ID.
