Abstract
A display apparatus includes a cabinet; a display panel provided on the cabinet; a door provided on the cabinet and configured to be opened and closed; a first detector configured to detect opening of the door and output a first signal in response to the door being opened; an image data receiver configured to receive content data from an image source device; and a first controller configured to control the display panel to display a first image corresponding to the content data received from the image source device and control the display panel to display a second image different from the first image in response to receiving the first signal.
Claims18
A display apparatus comprising:
- a cabinet;
- a display panel provided on the cabinet;
- a door provided on the cabinet and configured to be opened and closed;
- a first detector configured to detect opening of the door and output a first signal in response to the door being opened;
- an image data receiver configured to receive content data from an image source device;
- and
- a first controller configured to control the display panel to display a first image corresponding to the content data received from the image source device and control the display panel to display a second image different from the first image in response to receiving the first signal.
A display system comprising:
- an image source device;
- and
- a plurality of display apparatuses configured to receive content data from the image source device and display a first image corresponding to the content data,
- wherein at least one display apparatus of the plurality of display apparatuses comprises:
- a cabinet;
- a display panel provided on the cabinet;
- a door provided on the cabinet and configured to be opened and closed;
- a first detector configured to detect opening of the door and output a first signal in response to the door being opened;
- an image data receiver configured to receive content data from the image source device;
- and
- a first controller configured to control the display panel to display the first image corresponding to the content data and control the display panel to display a second image different from the first image in response to receiving the first signal.
A display system comprising:
- an image source device configured to provide content data;
- and
- a display device comprising a plurality of display apparatuses and configured to display a first image corresponding to the content data,
- wherein each of the plurality of display apparatuses comprises:
- a door;
- a first detector configured to detect opening of the door and output a first signal in response to the door being opened;
- and
- a first controller configured to control the display device to display a second image different from the first image in response to receiving the first signal,
- wherein the image source device comprises:
- a signal receiver configured to receive the first signal from the first detector;
- and
- a second controller configured to stop transmission of the content data in response to the signal receiver receiving the first signal.
