Manufacturing method of touch panel

A manufacturing method of a touch panel comprising:

• providing a substrate;
• forming a first conductive film on the substrate;
• forming a first mask on the first conductive film;
• etching the first conductive film to form a plurality of first electrodes and a plurality of second electrodes;
• removing the first mask;
• forming an insulating film made of a negative resist on the first conductive film;
• removing portions of the insulating film on the plurality of second electrodes to form contact portions in the insulating film;
• forming a second conductive film on the insulating film and in the contact portions;
• forming a second mask on the second conductive film;
• etching the second conductive film to form a plurality of intersect electrodes on the insulating film and in the contact portions;
• removing the second mask;
• and
• forming a protective film on the plurality of intersect electrodes,
• wherein each adjacent two of the plurality of first electrodes are connected through a connecting portion which is made of the first conductive film,
• each adjacent two of the plurality of second electrodes are separated by a gap,
• the connecting portion extends across the gap, and
• each of the intersect electrodes intersects the connecting portion and connects a corresponding two of the plurality of second electrodes which are separated by the gap.
