Mobile terminal and control method therefor

A method of controlling a drone, the method comprising:

• displaying map content;
• sensing a first touch signal of touching at least one partial area of the map content, the first touch signal including a drag touch signal of moving along a first path with a first pressure and a first speed;
• setting a moving path including a departure point and an arrival points of a drone based on the first path of the drag touch signal;
• setting a moving speed of the drone based on the first speed of the drag touch signal;
• setting a moving altitude of the drone based on the first pressure of the drag touch signal;
• and
• transmitting a control signal to the drone, via a wireless communication unit, the control signal being based on at least one of the set moving path, the set moving speed or the set moving altitude of the drone.

A device, comprising:

• a touchscreen;
• a wireless communication unit configured to perform wireless communication with a drone;
• and
• a controller configured to:
• display map content via the touch screen,
• receive a first touch signal corresponding to a first drag touch moving along a first path on the map content with a first pressure and a first speed,
• set a departure point of the drone and an arrival point of the drone based on the first path of the drag touch, and
• transmit a control signal to drone based on at least one of the departure point of the drone or the arrival point of the drone.
