Claims17
A method of tracking calcium flux of a eukaryotic cell, the method comprising:
- growing the eukaryotic cell in the presence of a ytterbium salt in solution;
- and
- spectroscopically measuring ytterbium in the eukaryotic cell.
A method of tracking calcium flux of a eukaryotic cell, the method comprising:
- growing the eukaryotic cell in the presence of a ytterbium salt in solution;
- applying a stimulus to the eukaryotic cell, the stimulus configured to induce calcium flux into the eukaryotic cell, throughout the eukaryotic cell, or both;
