Abstract
An analysis method and device including detecting at least one particle of matter in a fluid inside in a reaction chamber and correlating a change in the particle to a physicochemical property of the matter.
Claims21
A characterization method, comprising:
- i. Providing at least one particle on a surface
- ii. Providing at least one fluid
- iii. Allowing the fluid to come into contact with the particle
- iv. Detecting the particle
- v. Analyzing from data acquired during the detecting changes in the particle;
- and
- vi. Correlating the changes to at least one physicochemical property of the material of the particle;
- Wherein the particle is
- Attached on the surface, or
- Immobilized on the surface, and the surface is a permeable or semipermeable layer on which the particle is immobilized by fluid flow through the permeable or the semipermeable layer.
