Systems and methods for tracking consumption management events

A consumption management method comprising:

• storing, using at least one storage medium, a plurality of event records corresponding, respectively, to a plurality of consumption management events, wherein each event record of the plurality of event records comprises:
• information indicative of a current state of the corresponding consumption management event;
• and
• information indicative of a time at which the corresponding consumption management event moved into the current state from a prior state;
• and
• causing, using at least one processor, a state transition diagram to be displayed based on at least one event record of the plurality of event records, wherein:
• the state transition diagram comprises a plurality of states and a plurality of transitions;
• the plurality of states comprises a first state and a second state;
• and
• the plurality of transitions comprises a transition from the first state to the second state.

At least one computer-readable storage medium storing executable instructions that, when executed, cause at least one processor to perform the method of:

• storing a plurality of event records corresponding, respectively, to a plurality of consumption management events, wherein each event record of the plurality of event records comprises:
• information indicative of a current state of the corresponding consumption management event;
• and
• information indicative of a time at which the corresponding consumption management event moved into the current state from a prior state;
• and
• causing a state transition diagram to be displayed based on at least one event record of the plurality of event records, wherein:
• the state transition diagram comprises a plurality of states and a plurality of transitions;
• the plurality of states comprises a first state and a second state;
• and
• the plurality of transitions comprises a transition from the first state to the second state.
