A solid electrolyte containing MgO partially stabilized zirconia doped with at least one of Mn and Co.
A method for producing Mn or Co-doped partially stabilized zirconia, the method comprising:
- mixing MgO partially stabilized zirconia powders and manganese oxide powders or cobalt oxide powders to form a mixture;
- and
- sintering the mixture.
