Abstract
A method for producing a laminated body including a base material and a coating layer laminated on the base material, includes: applying a coating liquid containing cellulose nanofibers onto the base material composed of at least acid-resistant paper, thereby forming the coating layer. In addition, an average fiber diameter of the cellulose nanofibers is 2 nm or more and 2000 nm or less, a content of the cellulose nanofibers in the coating liquid is 10 mass % or more of solid contents of the coating liquid, and a coating amount of the coating layer is 0.2 g/m2 or more in dry mass.
Claims10
A method for producing a laminated body including a base material and a coating layer laminated on the base material, the method comprising:
- applying a coating liquid containing cellulose nanofibers onto the base material composed of at least acid-resistant paper, thereby forming the coating layer;
- wherein
- an average fiber diameter of the cellulose nanofibers is 2 nm or more and 2000 nm or less,
- a content of the cellulose nanofibers in the coating liquid is 10 mass % or more of solid contents of the coating liquid, and
- a coating amount of the coating layer is 0.2 g/m2 or more in dry mass.
A laminated body comprising:
- a base material composed of at least acid-resistant paper;
- and
- a coating layer containing cellulose nanofibers and laminated on the base material;
- wherein
- an average fiber diameter of the cellulose nanofibers is 2 nm or more and 2000 nm or less,
- a content of the cellulose nanofibers in the coating layer is 10 mass % or more of the coating layer,
- a coating amount of the coating layer is 0.2 g/m2 or more in dry mass, and
- an arithmetic mean surface roughness of a surface of the coating layer is 1.1 μm or less, and an adhesion strength between the base material and the coating layer is 1.0 N/15 mm or more.
