Abstract
An appliance for making beverages comprises a container for liquid, means for creating a rotational movement of the liquid to raise a level of the liquid, and a brewing chamber mounted between a normal level of the liquid, when the means for creating a rotational movement is not rotating, and a raised level of the liquid, when the means for creating a rotational movement is rotating, so that the liquid flows into the brewing chamber when the means for creating a rotational movement is rotating above a predetermined speed.

An appliance for making beverages comprising:
- a container for containing a liquid;
- a rotator for creating a rotational movement of the liquid in the container so as to raise a level of the liquid;
- and
- a brewing chamber mounted between a first liquid level and a second liquid level wherein the first liquid level corresponds to a normal level of the liquid in the container when the rotator is not rotating and the second liquid level corresponds to a raised level of the liquid in the container when the rotator is rotating, so that the liquid flows into the brewing chamber when the rotator is rotating above a predetermined speed.

A method of making a beverage comprising:
- a. providing an appliance for making beverages which comprises a liquid in a container, a rotator for creating a rotational movement of the liquid in the container so as to raise a level of the liquid, and a brewing chamber mounted between a first liquid level and a second liquid level wherein the first liquid level corresponds to a normal level of the liquid in the container when the rotator is not rotating and the second liquid level corresponds to a raised level of the liquid in the container when the rotator is rotating;
- and
- b. rotating the rotator above a predetermined speed so that the level of the liquid in the container rises and the liquid flows into the brewing chamber.
