Terminal apparatus, base station apparatus, and communication method

A user equipment, comprising:

• a reception circuit configured to monitor a Physical Downlink Control CHannel (PDCCH);
• and
• a reception control circuit configured to identify a subcarrier spacing;
• wherein the reception control circuit identifies, based on information included in a Master Information Block, the subcarrier spacing, and
• the reception circuit receives the PDCCH of the identified subcarrier spacing.

A method at a user equipment, the method comprising the steps of:

• monitoring a Physical Downlink Control CHannel (PDCCH);
• identifying, based on information included in a Master Information Block, the subcarrier spacing;
• and
• receiving the PDCCH of the identified subcarrier spacing.

A base station, comprising:

• a transmission control circuit configured to determine a subcarrier spacing;
• and
• a transmission circuit configured to transmit a Physical Downlink Control CHannel (PDCCH) of the subcarrier spacing;
• wherein the transmission circuit transmits a Master Information Block which includes information indicating the subcarrier spacing.

A method at a base station, the method comprising the steps of:

• determining a subcarrier spacing;
• transmitting a Physical Downlink Control CHannel (PDCCH) of the subcarrier spacing;
• and
• transmitting a Master Information Block which includes information indicating the subcarrier spacing.
