Abstract
The present disclosure discloses a charging system and method, and a power adapter. The system includes a power adapter and a terminal. The power adapter includes a first rectifier, a switch unit, a transformer, a synthesizing unit, a sampling unit, and a control unit. The control unit outputs a control signal to the switch unit, and adjusts a duty ratio of the control signal according to a current sampling value and/or a voltage sampling value, such that a second alternating current outputted by the synthesizing unit meets a charging requirement. The terminal includes a battery.

A charging control method, comprising:
- controlling a first rectification unit to rectify an input first alternating current (AC), to output a voltage with a first pulsating waveform;
- outputting a control signal to a switch unit, such that the switch unit modulates the voltage with the first pulsating waveform based on the control signal;
- controlling a transformer having a primary winding and a plurality of secondary windings to output a plurality of voltages with pulsating waveforms via the plurality of secondary windings based on the modulated voltage with the first pulsating waveform;
- controlling a synthesizing unit to synthesize the plurality of voltages with the pulsating waveforms to output a second AC, wherein for each cycle of the second AC, an absolute value of a peak voltage of a positive half is greater than that of a trough voltage of a negative half, and the second AC is configured to charge a device to be charged;
- and
- adjusting a duty ratio of the control signal to adjust the second AC.
A charging device, comprising:
- a first rectification unit, configured to rectify an input first alternating current (AC), to output a voltage with a first pulsating waveform;
