Abstract
A resonator includes a housing having a cavity therein; a plurality of resonance plates which are arranged radially around a center of the cavity with a predetermined interval therebetween; and a plurality of legs each of which supports one of the plurality of resonance plates, respectively. A center of each of the plurality of legs is deviated from a center of a corresponding resonance plate.
Claims20
A resonator, comprising:
- a housing having a cavity therein;
- a plurality of resonance plates which are arranged radially around a center of the cavity with a predetermined interval therebetween;
- and
- a plurality of legs each of which supports one of the plurality of resonance plates, respectively,
- wherein a center of each of the plurality of legs is deviated from a center of a corresponding resonance plate.

A multi-mode resonator comprising:
- a housing having a cavity therein;
- a first and a second resonance plates disposed at opposite direction to each other around a center of the cavity with a substantially same distance from the center of the cavity;
- and
- a first and a second legs, wherein the first leg supports the first resonance plate and the second leg supports the second resonance plate, respectively,
- wherein a center of the first leg does not coincide with a center of the first plate and a center of the second leg does not coincide with a center of the second plate.
2 more elements
A multi-mode resonator, comprising:
- a housing having a cavity therein;
- a plurality of resonance plates which are arranged radially around a center of the cavity with a predetermined interval therebetween;
- and
- a plurality of legs each of which supports one of the plurality of resonance plates, respectively,
- wherein a center of each of the plurality of legs is deviated from a center of gravity of a corresponding resonance plate.
