Parallel biaxial hinge and electronic device

A parallel biaxial hinge comprising:

• a hinge portion for rotating a first hinge shaft attached to a first casing and a second hinge shaft attached to a second casing relative to each other via a synchronous rotating means,
• a passive operating portion for retrieving a predetermined operating output as accompanied by a rotating movement of said hinge portion;
• said passive operating portion comprising:
• a base member provided so as to integrally rotate with said first hinge shaft;
• an engaging member rotating relative to said first hinge shaft as accompanied by a rotating movement of said hinge portion;
• and
• an outer-fitted movable member having an engaged portion engaged with said engaging member on an outer circumferential surface, and provided by outer-fitting onto said first hinge shaft so as to be movable relative to said base member;
• and
• said outer-fitted movable member being configured to move said rotation axis line direction with said engaged portion being guided by said engaging member, as accompanied by said rotating movement of said hinge portion.
