A climate control system adapted for a room having a ceiling has a central unit mounted to the ceiling. The central unit has a rotary portion. The fan blades have heating elements for producing heated air. The fan blades rotate to push heat downward away from the ceiling. The system has at least one nozzle carried by the central unit for generating mist from the water. The system has at least one sensor for controlling the system. Additional elements can include air purification, air conditioning, and dehumidification.
