Abstract
Disclosed is a packaging device comprising at least: i) a receptacle having at least one reservoir containing at least one emulsion with a continuous phase and a dispersed phase in the form of drops, wherein the drops comprise a shell with at least one cationic polymer and at least one anionic polymer; ii) an applicator for applying the emulsion to a keratin material; and iii) an element having at least one orifice allowing the emulsion to pass from the reservoir to the applicator.

Packaging device comprising at least:
- i) a receptacle comprising at least one reservoir containing at least one emulsion comprising a continuous phase and a dispersed phase in the form of drops, wherein the drops comprise a shell formed by at least one cationic polymer and at least one anionic polymer;
- ii) means for applying the emulsion to a keratin material;
- and
- iii) an element having at least one orifice allowing the passage of the emulsion from the reservoir to the application means.
