U reclaimer utility device apparatus

A U Reclaimer Apparatus comprising a gantry frame structure supporting a reclaim conveyor assembly having a head shaft and a tail shaft, said reclaim conveyor assembly structurally supporting a reclaiming chain, said reclaiming chain attached with a plurality of rakes, the plurality of rakes being spaced at intervals on said reclaiming chain, said reclaiming chain forming a continuous loop around said reclaim conveyor assembly, said reclaim conveyor assembly being driven by a motor, rotatively pushing bulk material from a bulk material pile in the plurality of rakes, said reclaim conveyor assembly thereby transporting bulk material to a cascade of aeroslides further comprising the following steps:

• i. moving bulk material by said reclaim conveyor assembly to an open aeroslide, this movement of bulk material is further facilitated by introducing air into the open aeroslide;
• ii. further moving bulk material to an enclosed aeroslide facilitated by introducing air into the enclosed aeroslide;
• iii. further moving bulk material to a screw conveyor or a bucket elevator for elevating the bulk material;
• and
• iv. further transporting bulk material to a delivery hopper for dispatch to truck trailers or rail cars.

A U Reclaimer Apparatus to reclaim bulk material from a horizontal storage comprising the following components:

• i. Gantry Frame Structure;
• ii. Reclaimer Main Structure;
• iii. Cable Reel;
• iv. Hydraulic Pump;
• v. Hydraulic Cylinders;
• vi. Reclaimer Main Structure Chain;
• vii. Limit Switches and Controls;
• viii. Electronic Controller.

A mechanical reclaiming machine to reclaim bulk cement material from a horizontal storage, said reclaiming machine travels on a gantry structure supported on wheels to travel along said horizontal storage, said reclaiming machine comprises a mechanical reclaiming arm, said mechanical reclaiming arm comprises a rotating chain with rakes to move bulk cement material from a top of a cement pile to deliver bulk cement material to open aeroslides, said open aeroslides to further move bulk cement material to enclosed aeroslides and ultimately deliver bulk cement material to vertical conveyors to dispatch said bulk cement material to delivery vehicles, said reclaiming machine comprises:

• i. said mechanical reclaiming arm suspended from said gantry structure, said mechanical reclaiming arm comprises a said rotating chain which moves rotatively around said mechanical reclaiming arm;
• ii. said rotating chain comprises rakes structurally connected to said rotating chain;
• iii. rotating sprockets structurally connected to said mechanical reclaiming arm;
• iv. a hydraulic fluid pump supported on said gantry structure;
• v. hydraulic fluid pistons structurally connected to said gantry structure and to said mechanical reclaiming arm;
• vi. wire sensors structurally attached to said mechanical reclaiming arm;
• vii. an electronic controller mounted on said gantry structure, said electronic controller to activate said hydraulic pump by electronic signal to pressurize hydraulic fluid through hoses connected to said hydraulic pistons thereby extending said hydraulic pistons to move said mechanical reclaiming arm in a downward direction to top of a pile of said bulk cement material;
• viii. said rotating chain to rotate around the longitudinal length of said mechanical reclaiming arm whose rakes move the bulk cement material onto open aeroslides;
• and
• ix. said open aeroslides further move bulk cement material onto enclosed aeroslides, said enclosed aeroslides further move bulk cement material onto vertical conveyors, said vertical conveyors elevate bulk cement material to a dispatch hopper to load bulk cement material onto delivery vehicles.
