Abstract
A cuffing device including a button hole interfacing section, a cord attached at both ends to the button hole interfacing section, defining a loop, and a cinching device attached to the cord and configured to change a size of the loop by translating along a length of the cord.

A cuffing device comprising:
- a button hole interfacing section;
- a cord attached at both ends to the button hole interfacing section, defining a loop;
- and
- a cinching device attached to the cord and configured to change a size of the loop by translating along a length of the cord.

- a cord connecting apparatus configured to attach to a cord;
- a head connecting apparatus configured to removably attach to the cord connecting apparatus;

- a head attached to the head connecting apparatus;

- a cinching device attached to the cord and configured to change a size of the loop by translating along a length of the cord, the cinching device comprising:
