## Abstract

A wireless device receives one or more radio resource control messages comprising first periodic resource allocation configuration parameters comprising a first periodicity parameter of a first periodic resource allocation. Downlink control information indicating activation of the first periodic resource allocation is received. The downlink control information comprises one or more first fields. A transport block associated with a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process identifier is transmitted via radio resources associated with the first periodic resource allocation. The HARQ identifier is based on the one or more first field and the first periodicity parameter.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A method comprising:
receiving, by a wireless device, one or more radio resource control messages comprising first periodic resource allocation configuration parameters comprising a first periodicity parameter of a first periodic resource allocation;
receiving a downlink control information indicating activation of the first periodic resource allocation, wherein the downlink control information comprises one or more first fields; and
transmitting a transport block associated with a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process identifier via radio resources associated with the first periodic resource allocation, wherein the HARQ identifier is based on the one or more first field and the first periodicity parameter.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the one or more first fields indicate a numerology.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein:
the first periodicity parameter indicates a number of symbols;
the one or more first fields indicate a symbol duration;
the HARQ identifier is based on a floor of: a first parameter based on the symbol duration divided by the number of symbols.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the first periodic resource allocation configuration parameters comprise a radio network temporary identifier.

### Claim 5 (depends on 4)

The method of claim 4, wherein the downlink control information is associated with the radio network temporary identifier.

### Claim 6 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the downlink control information indicates radio resources for transmission of the plurality of the transport block.

### Claim 7 (depends on 6)

The method of claim 6, wherein the radio resources are determined based on one or more second fields.

### Claim 8 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the downlink control information indicates one or more transmission durations up to a first value.

### Claim 9 (depends on 8)

The method of claim 8, wherein a transmission duration in the one or more transmission duration corresponds to one or more logical channels.

### Claim 10 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein:
the first periodicity parameter indicates a number of transmission time intervals;
the one or more first fields indicate a transmission time interval duration;
the HARQ identifier is based on a floor of: a first parameter based on the transmission time interval duration divided by the number of transmission time intervals.

### Claim 11

A wireless device comprising:
one or more processors; and
memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the wireless device to:
receive one or more radio resource control messages comprising first periodic resource allocation configuration parameters comprising a first periodicity parameter of a first periodic resource allocation;
receive a downlink control information indicating activation of the first periodic resource allocation, wherein the downlink control information comprises one or more first fields; and
transmit a transport block associated with a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process identifier via radio resources associated with the first periodic resource allocation, wherein the HARQ identifier is based on the one or more first field and the first periodicity parameter.

### Claim 12 (depends on 11)

The wireless device of claim 11, wherein the one or more first fields indicate a numerology.

### Claim 13 (depends on 11)
