The system includes a device configured to interface with the network to receive a container, where the container is configured to interface with an operating system of the device and a plurality of applications operating on the device. The container is further configured to interface with a network services provider of one or more network services and one or more third party service providers. ## Claims ### Claim at position 1 1-12. (canceled) ### Claim 13 A system for providing a service over a network, comprising: a container configured to execute on one or more processors and configured to interface with an operating system of a device and a plurality of applications operating on the device, using an application programming interface (API) that is provided by the container; the container configured to interface with a third party services platform that is configured to execute on the one or more processors that are configured to interface with the network and to provide data services to the device through the container API; the container configured to interface with a network web services gateway that is configured to execute on the one or more processors that are configured to provide authenticated access to the network for the device and the third party services platform; and wherein the container is configured to interface with the one or more processors that are configured to interface with the device, the third party services platform and the network web services gateway through an API of the one or more processors and the API of the container; configuring the device to interface with one or more processors that are configured to use one or more applications to allow the device to utilize an application programming interface (API) of the network container for data communications with a third party services platform; configuring the device to interface with a third party services platform that is configured to use the network container API for data communications with the device; transmitting a message for the third party services platform from the device to the one or more processors using an API of the one or more processors, wherein the one or more processors comprise a proxy, a broker, definitions and personal policy rules; and configuring the device to process a response to a message transmitted from the one or more processors to the third party services platform. ### Claim 28 (depends on 27) The method of claim 27 further comprising generating a proxy of the device at the one or more processors. ### Claim 29 (depends on 27) The method of claim 27 further comprising processing the message for the third party services platform with a message broker of the one or more processors to perform workload queuing for the third party services platform. ### Claim 30 (depends on 27) The method of claim 27 further comprising: receiving a request for network services from the third party services platform at the one or more processors; and generating a response to the request as a function of one or more policies. ### Claim 31 (depends on 27) The method of claim 27 further comprising: receiving a request for user data from the third party services platform at the one or more processors; and generating a response to the request as a function of one or more personal policies.
