## Abstract

This block chain generation device 1 is provided with: a synchronizing means 121 which acquires shared data 111 which includes block chain data 112 and transaction data 113 not contained in the block chain 112; a transaction pattern amount calculation means 124 which calculates the transaction pattern amount of a creator from the transaction data in the block chain data 112 that relates to an identifier of the creator who is using the block chain generation device 1; a block generation condition confirmation means 125 which, on the basis of the transaction pattern amount, determines whether or not the creator is qualified to generate new block chain data; and a block chain generation means 126 which, if the block generation condition confirmation means 125 determines that the creator is qualified, refers to the shared data 111 to attempt generation of a new block chain.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A blockchain generation apparatus that generates new blockchain data by linking a new block to blockchain data which is a chain of blocks each including transactional datasets generated by a plurality of transaction generation apparatuses, the blockchain generation apparatus comprising:
a synchronizer that acquires shared data which includes the blockchain data and transaction datasets not included in the blockchain data;
a transaction pattern count calculator that calculates the number of transaction patterns for a generating party using the blockchain generation apparatus, based on the transaction datasets which are in the blockchain data and are related to an identifier of the generating party;
a block generation condition checker that determines whether the generating party is qualified to generate the new blockchain data, based on the number of transaction patterns calculated by the transaction pattern count calculator; and
a blockchain generator that tries to generate the new blockchain data by referring to the shared data if the block generation condition checker determines that the generating party is qualified.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The blockchain generation apparatus according to claim 1, wherein
the number of transaction patterns is an index of trustworthiness of the generating party.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The blockchain generation apparatus according to claim 1, wherein
the number of transaction patterns is a sum of the numbers of identifiers of transaction partners in respective combinations of the identifiers of the transaction partners in the transaction datasets related to the identifier of the generating party.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The blockchain generation apparatus according to claim 1, wherein
the number of transaction patterns is the number of unique identifiers of transaction partners in the transaction datasets related to the identifier of the generating party.

### Claim 5

A blockchain generation method for generating new blockchain data by linking a new block to blockchain data which is a chain of blocks each including transactional datasets generated by a plurality of transaction generation apparatuses, the blockchain generation method comprising the steps of:
a computer acquiring shared data which includes the blockchain data and transaction datasets not included in the blockchain data;
the computer calculating the number of transaction patterns for a generating party using the computer, based on transaction datasets which are in the transaction datasets in the blockchain data and are related to an identifier of the generating party;
the computer determining whether the generating party is qualified to generate the new blockchain data, based on the number of transaction patterns for the generating party; and
the computer trying to generate the new blockchain data by referring to the shared data when it is determined that the generating party is qualified to generate the new blockchain data.

### Claim 6

A blockchain verification apparatus that verifies blockchain data which is a chain of blocks each including transaction datasets generated by a plurality of transaction generation apparatuses, the blockchain verification apparatus comprising:
a synchronizer that acquires shared data including the blockchain data;
a transaction pattern count calculator that calculates the number of transaction patterns for a generating party using an apparatus that generated the blockchain data, based on the transaction datasets which are in the blockchain data and are related to an identifier of the generating party;
a block generation condition verifier that determines whether the generating party is qualified to generate the blockchain data, based on the number of transaction patterns calculated by the transaction pattern count calculator; and
a blockchain verifier that approves the blockchain data when the block generation condition verifier determines that the generating party is qualified.

### Claim 7

A blockchain verification method for verifying blockchain data which is a chain of blocks each including transaction datasets generated by a plurality of transaction generation apparatuses, the blockchain verification method comprising the steps of:
a computer acquiring shared data including the blockchain data;
the computer calculating the number of transaction patterns for a generating party using an apparatus that generated the blockchain data, based on the transaction datasets which are in the blockchain data and are related to an identifier of the generating party;
the computer determining whether the generating party is qualified to generate the blockchain data, based on the number of transaction patterns for the generating party; and
the computer approving the blockchain data when it is determined that the generating party is qualified to generate the blockchain data.

### Claim 8 (depends on 1)

A program that causes a computer to function as the apparatus according to claim 1.
