## Abstract

Proposed is a control field including allocation information regarding a resource unit (RU) in a wireless local area network (WLAN) system supporting a plurality of RUs. A data field may be transmitted in unit of the RU. For a case where two 106-RUs are arranged and a plurality of user stations (STAs) are multiplexed to the respective 106-RUs, a SIG-B field may be used to perform signaling. More specifically, the number of STAs to be multiplexed may be indicated by using first and second identification bits in a user-common field of the SIG-B field.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A method of receiving a packet in a wireless local area network (WLAN), the method comprising:
receiving, by a receiving station, a physical layer protocol data unit (PPDU) comprising a first control field including common control information, a second control field including a user common field and a user specific field, and a data field, wherein the user common field includes allocation information for a first resource unit (RU) corresponding to 106 subcarriers and a second RU corresponding to 106 subcarriers, wherein the user common field includes a first number bit indicating a number of multiple user-multiple input multiple output (MU-MIMO) users allocated to the first RU and a second number bit indicating a number of MU-MIMO users allocated to the second RU, wherein each of the first and second number bits is implemented with 2 bits, wherein the user specific field includes first identification information for the MU-MIMO users allocated to the first RU and second identification information for the MU-MIMO users allocated to the second RU;
determining, by the receiving station, at least one resource unit (RU) allocated for the receiving station by using the second control field; and
decoding, by the receiving station, the data field by using the at least one RU.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the first control field is a High Efficiency (HE) signal-A (SIG-A) field, and the second control field is a HE signal-B (SIG-B) field.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the number of multiple user-multiple input multiple output (MU-MIMO) users allocated to the first RU or the second RU is set to 1, 2, 3 or 4.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the user specific field indicates a modulation and coding scheme (MCS) applied to each of the first RU and the second RU.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the first identification information and the second identification information are association ID (AID) information.

### Claim 6 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the first control field indicates a frequency bandwidth used to receive the PPDU.

### Claim 7

A station in a wireless local area network (WLAN), comprising:
a transceiver transmitting or receiving radio signals; and
a processor connected to the transceiver and configured to:
instruct the transceiver to receive, a physical layer protocol data unit (PPDU) comprising a first control field including common control information, a second control field including a user common field and a user specific field, and a data field, wherein the user common field includes allocation information for a first resource unit (RU) corresponding to 106 subcarriers and a second RU corresponding to 106 subcarriers, wherein the user common field includes a first number bit indicating a number of multiple user-multiple input multiple output (MU-MIMO) users allocated to the first RU and a second number bit indicating a number of MU-MIMO users allocated to the second RU, wherein each of the first and second number bits is implemented with 2 bits, wherein the user specific field includes first identification information for the MU-MIMO users allocated to the first RU and second identification information for the MU-MIMO users allocated to the second RU;
determine at least one resource unit (RU) allocated for the receiving station by using the second control field; and
decode the data field by using the at least one RU.

### Claim 8 (depends on 7)

The station of claim 7, wherein the first control field is a High Efficiency (HE) signal-A (SIG-A) field, and the second control field is a HE signal-B (SIG-B) field.

### Claim 9 (depends on 7)

The station of claim 7, wherein the number of multiple user-multiple input multiple output (MU-MIMO) users allocated to the first RU or the second RU is set to 1, 2, 3 or 4.

### Claim 10 (depends on 7)

The station of claim 7, wherein the user specific field indicates a modulation and coding scheme (MCS) applied to each of the first RU and the second RU.

### Claim 11 (depends on 7)

The station of claim 7, wherein the first identification information and the second identification information are association ID (AID) information.

### Claim 12 (depends on 7)

The station of claim 7, wherein the first control field indicates a frequency bandwidth used to receive the PPDU.
