### Claim 33

An unbonded flexible pipe for subsea transportation of fluids, the pipe has a length and a centre axis and comprises a plurality of layers comprising at least one polypropylene based layer comprising a modified polypropylene compound comprising:
at least about 50% by weight of a base polypropylene (base PP) which consists of polypropylene comprising up to about 10% by weight of one or more co-monomers other than propylene, and
at least about 1% by weight of a plastomer comprising a propylene and at least one co-monomer other than propylene.

### Claim 34 (depends on 33)

The flexible pipe of claim 33, wherein the base pp comprises a PP homopolymer, a PP block co-polymer, a PP random co-polymer, any mixtures thereof and/or any combinations thereof.

### Claim 35 (depends on 33)

The flexible pipe of claim 33, wherein the base pp comprises a random co-polymer comprising up to about 6% by weight of said co-monomer(s), such as from about 1 to about 5% by weight of said co-monomer(s), preferably said base PP comprises none or only one co-monomer.

### Claim 36 (depends on 33)

The flexible pipe of claim 33, wherein the base PP comprises a propylene-ethylene co-polymer, preferably the base PP consists essentially of said propylene-ethylene co-polymer with up to about 5% by weight of ethylene.

### Claim 37 (depends on 33)

The flexible pipe of claim 33, wherein the base PP has a Melt Flow Index (MFI) of from about 0.1 to about 8.0 g/10 min (2.16 kg/10 min at 230° C.).

### Claim 38 (depends on 33)

The flexible pipe of claim 33, wherein the base PP has a tensile strength of at least about 12 MPa determined according to ASTM D638.

### Claim 39 (depends on 33)

The flexible pipe of claim 33, wherein said modified polypropylene compound comprises at least about 60% by weight of said base PP, such as up to about 95% by weight of said base PP.

### Claim 40 (depends on 33)

The flexible pipe of claim 33, wherein said plastomer is a propylene based plastomer comprising at least 50% by weight of polypropylene, preferably at least about 60% by weight of propylene, such as up to about 90% by weight of polypropylene.

### Claim 41 (depends on 33)

The flexible pipe of claim 33, wherein said plastomer is a propylene based plastomer comprising at least one comonomer selected from C4 to C20 alpha olefins.
