Abstract
A metal nanowire according to an embodiment of the invention includes at least one bent portion. An angle (α) between an n-th wire portion and an (n+1)-th wire portion connected to the n-th wire portion through an n-th bent portion satisfies an inequation of 0°<α<180°.
Claims22
A metal nanowire, comprising at least two wire portions, configured to include an nth wire portion and an n+1th wire portion connected to the nth wire portion, a diameter of the nth wire portion and a diameter of the n+1th wire portion being different from each other.
A metal nanowire, comprising a first wire portion having a first diameter and a second wire portion having a second diameter extending from the first wire portion, the first diameter and the second diameter being different from each other.
A light-transmitting electrode, comprising:
- a conductor layer including a metal nanowire;
- and
- a light-transmitting electrode layer formed on the conductor layer,
- wherein the metal nanowire comprises a first wire portion having a first diameter and a second wire portion having a second diameter extending from the first wire portion, the first diameter and the second diameter being different from each other.
Dependencies are inferred from the claim text.
