Abstract
A parachute arrangement comprising a parachute having a canopy, a plurality of shroud lines coupled to the canopy, and a plurality of connectors (23) coupled to the shroud lines for attachment to a load; and a packaging (10) for the parachute, the packaging comprising an enclosure formed of a web material, wherein each of the shroud lines and/or connectors is engaged with the enclosure to thereby maintain the connectors in a spaced-apart arrangement for attachment to the load.
Claims19
A parachute arrangement comprising:
- a parachute having a canopy, a plurality of shroud lines coupled to the canopy, and a plurality of connectors coupled to the shroud lines for attachment to a load;
- and
- a packaging for the parachute, the packaging comprising an enclosure formed of a web material,
- wherein each of the shroud lines and/or connectors is engaged with the enclosure to thereby maintain the connectors in a predetermined arrangement for attachment to the load.
A disposable parachute packaging for a parachute comprising a canopy, a plurality of shroud lines coupled to the canopy, and a plurality of connectors coupled to the shroud lines for attachment to a load, the packaging comprising:
- an enclosure formed of a web material,
- wherein the enclosure is adapted to engage each of the shroud lines and/or connectors to thereby maintain the connectors in a spaced-apart arrangement for attachment to the load.
