Abstract
A solid-state image sensor includes a first pixel for detecting focus, a second pixel disposed adjacent to the first pixel, a third pixel disposed adjacent to the first pixel, and a first light reflecting member disposed between the first pixel and the third pixel. The first pixel includes a plurality of photoelectric conversion units. When a second light reflecting member is disposed between the first pixel and the second pixel, the width in a predetermined direction of the first light reflecting member is larger than the width in a predetermined direction of the second light reflecting member.
Claims16
An image sensor comprising a pixel area in which a plurality of pixels is disposed in a matrix, the image sensor comprising:
- a first pixel including a plurality of photoelectric conversion units disposed in a first direction, one microlens disposed in common to the plurality of photoelectric conversion units, and a first color filter;
- a second pixel adjacent to the first pixel along the first direction and including at least one photoelectric conversion unit and a second color filter;
- a third pixel disposed adjacent to the first pixel along a second direction intersecting with the first direction and including at least one photoelectric conversion unit and a third color filter;
- a first member disposed between the first color filter and the third color filter;
- and
- a second member disposed between the first color filter and the second color filter,
- wherein a width in the second direction of the first member is larger than a width in the first direction of the second member, and
- wherein the first member and the second member have at least one of silicon compound, gas, vacuum, and metal.
An image sensor comprising a pixel area in which a plurality of pixels is disposed in a matrix, the image sensor comprising:
- a first pixel including a first photoelectric conversion unit, a first light shielding portion disposed on the first photoelectric conversion unit, and a first color filter;
- a second pixel disposed adjacent to the first pixel along a first direction, including a second photoelectric conversion unit, a second light shielding portion disposed on the second photoelectric conversion unit, and a second color filter, and configured to perform focus detection together with the first pixel;
- a third pixel disposed adjacent to the first pixel along a second direction intersecting with the first direction and including a third photoelectric conversion unit, and a third color filter;
- a first member disposed between the first color filter and the third color filter;
- and
- a second member disposed between the first color filter and the second color filter,
- wherein a width in the second direction of the first member is larger than a width in the first direction of the second member, and
- wherein the first member and the second member have at least one of silicon compound, gas, vacuum, and metal.
