Abstract

A method of controlling a wireless power receiver can include detecting a wireless power transmitter that transmits wireless power having a first frequency band through in-band communication; receiving the wireless power having the first frequency band from the wireless power transmitter that transmits the wireless power having the first frequency band; in response to determining that a power receiving state of the first frequency band is abnormal, detecting a wireless power transmitter that transmits wireless power having a second frequency band through out-of-band communication; and receiving the wireless power having the second frequency band from the wireless power transmitter that transmits the wireless power having the second frequency band.

Dependent claims

A method of controlling a wireless power receiver, the method comprising:

detecting a wireless power transmitter that transmits wireless power having a first frequency band through in-band communication;
receiving the wireless power having the first frequency band from the wireless power transmitter that transmits the wireless power having the first frequency band;
in response to determining that a power receiving state of the first frequency band is abnormal, detecting a wireless power transmitter that transmits wireless power having a second frequency band through out-of-band communication;
and
receiving the wireless power having the second frequency band from the wireless power transmitter that transmits the wireless power having the second frequency band.
