Abstract
Improved breast prostheses, methods of making breast prostheses, and methods of treatment using such breast prostheses are described.
Claims20
A method of making a prosthesis, comprising:
- providing one or more samples of graft material and a breast implant or tissue expander;
- cutting the graft material;
- forming a pocket sized and shaped to hold the breast implant or tissue expander from the graft material;
- and
- inserting the breast implant or tissue expander into the pocket.

- a breast implant or tissue expander;
- one or more pieces of graft material comprising a pocket sized and shaped to hold a breast implant or tissue expander;
- and
- one or more suture tabs extending from the one or more samples of graft material, the one or more suture tabs configured to attach to tissue.

- providing a prosthesis comprising:
- a breast implant or tissue expander;
- one or more samples of graft material comprising a pocket sized and shaped to hold a breast implant or tissue expander;

- inserting the breast implant or tissue expander into the pocket;

- attaching the one or more suture tabs to a chest wall of a patient to secure the prosthesis.
