Abstract
An electrically heated aerosol generating system for receiving an aerosol-forming substrate includes at least one electric heater for heating the aerosol-forming substrate to form the aerosol. An electrically heated aerosol generating system, the system comprising:
- a storage medium containing an aerosol-forming substrate;
- and
- at least one electric heater for heating a portion of the aerosol-forming substrate to form an aerosol, the at least one electric heater including,
- a first support element,
- a second support element extending parallel to the first support element and being separate from the first support element, and
- a heating element extending from between first and second ends of the first support element to between first and second ends of the second support element, the heating element connected to the first support element and the second support element, the heating element being different than the first support element and the second support element.
