- a) 3 eggs at room temperature;
- b) ½ cup fresh squeezed lemon juice;
- c) ½ cup chopped pecans;
- d) 1 teaspoon lemon rind;
- e) 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk;
- f) 1 graham cracker crust (6″);
- g) ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar;
- and
- h) ¼ cup sugar.
