Abstract
The present invention proposes a novel construction system consisting of the attachment of modified hyperboloid shaped-structural elements called “laminate cells” which, when working together, create a structural system with integrated cover having the capacity of absorbing and transmitting stresses in all directions and orientations.
Claims21
A construction system comprising at least two laminate cells that absorb and transmit stresses in all directions and orientations and which are attached together, forming a structure with integrated cover, the at least two laminate cells are capable of working together in all planes, directions and orientations;
- wherein each laminate cell (1) has a substantially hyperboloid shaped thin wall, hollow main body (2) which forms two hyperbolic arches (3) in a vertical plane in which top and bottom edges are projected upwards towards the outside for the top edge and downwards for the bottom edge, forming two surfaces called shafts (4) and a pair of hyperbolic caps (5) covering both shafts (4) by the free end thereof.
A construction system comprising at least two laminate cells that absorb and transmit stresses in all directions and orientations and which are attached together, forming a structure with integrated cover, which are capable of working as a whole in all planes, directions and orientations;
- wherein each laminate cell has a substantially hyperboloid-shaped, thin wall, hollow main body (11), which forms two hyperbolic arches (3) in a vertical plane which top and bottom edges are projected upwards towards the outside for the top edge and downwards for the bottom edge, forming two surfaces called shafts (13) and a pair of hyperbolic caps (12) covering both shafts (4) by the free end thereof, wherein each shaft (13) comprises a substantially hexagonal shape at the ends of the hyperboloid of the main body (11), wherein both shafts (13) are attached together by the hyperbolic arches (16) in the vertical plane of the main body (11).
A construction system comprising at least two laminate cells (24) that absorb and transmit stresses in all directions and orientations, and which are attached together, forming a structure with integrated cover, which are capable of working as a whole in all planes, directions and orientations;
- wherein each laminate cell has a substantially hyperboloid shaped thin wall, hollow main body (25) which forms two hyperbolic arches in a vertical plane in which top and bottom edges are projected upwards towards the outside for the top edge and downwards for the bottom edge, forming two surfaces called shafts (26) defining a substantially flat surface with six outer flanges (27).
