Abstract
Described is a rosin press system for extract rosin (oil) from plant material. The rosin press system includes a cone-shaped male plate and a cone-shaped female plate formed to matingly receive the cone-shaped male plate. The plates can be heated such that when plant material is pressed between the plates, rosin is pressed from the plant material and allowed to drain from a drain hole positioned at the bottom of the cone-shaped female plate.

A rosin press system, comprising:
- a first male plate;
- and
- a first female plate having a recesse formed therein to matingly receive the first male plate.
A parchment cone for use with a rosin press system, the parchment cone comprising:
- a planar parchment paper having at least two cut lines therein, such that upon rolling and affixing the cut lines with one another, the parchment paper is maintained as a parchment cone shape.
A mesh bag for use with a rosin press system, the mesh bag comprising:
- a mesh bag having a truncated cone shape, wherein the mesh bag includes an open top portion and an open bottom portion, with the open top portion being wider than the open bottom portion;
- and
- a flap extending from the open top portion.
