Abstract
A resin foam composition comprises, at least, a resin emulsion and cellulose nanofibers.
Claims14
A resin foam composition comprising:
- a resin emulsion;
- cellulose nanofibers;
- and
- particles or fillers,
- wherein the cellulose nanofibers have an average fiber width within a range of 1-200 nm,
- wherein the particles or fillers are present in an amount of not larger than 200 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the resin,
- wherein a foaming agent is present in an amount of not larger than about 30 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the resin,
- wherein an amount of the resin is 10 to 80 mass % when the resin foam composition is taken as 100 mass %, and,
- wherein an amount of the cellulose nanofibers in the resin foam composition is within a range of about 0.2-50 parts by mass, per 100 parts.

- a resin layer composition comprising:
- a resin;
- cellulose nanofibers;
- and
- particles or fillers,
- wherein the cellulose nanofibers have an average fiber width within a range of 1-200 nm,
- wherein the particles or fillers are present in an amount of not larger than 200 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the resin,
- wherein a foaming agent is present in an amount of not larger than about 30 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the resin,
- wherein an amount of the resin is 10 to 80 mass % when the resin layer composition is taken as 100 mass %, and,
- wherein an amount of the cellulose nanofibers in the resin layer composition is within a range of about 0.2-50 parts by mass, per 100 parts.
