A pharmaceutical composition, comprising an isolated polynucleotide that encodes an aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase (AARS) polypeptide that that consists of SEQ ID NO:
- 151 or differs from SEQ ID NO:
- 151 by substitution, deletion, and/or addition of 1, 2, or 3 amino acids, wherein the polynucleotide is selected from (a) a cDNA polynucleotide and (b) a modified mRNA polynucleotide, and wherein the composition has less than about 10 EU endotoxin/mg protein.
