Abstract
Provided are: a relay-terminal selection method, performed by a remote terminal in a wireless communication system; and a terminal using the same method. The method is characterized by selecting candidate relay terminals which meet upper-layer criteria; finally selecting, from among the selected candidate relay terminals, the highest-ranking candidate relay terminal which meets lower-layer criteria; and determining the finally selected candidate relay terminal as the relay terminal.
Claims11
A method of selecting a relay UE in a wireless communication system, the method being performed by a remote UE and comprising:
- selecting candidate relay UEs satisfying upper layer criteria;
- finally selecting a candidate relay UE of a highest ranking which belongs to the selected candidate relay UEs and satisfies lower layer criteria;
- and
- determining the finally selected candidate relay UE to be a relay UE.
A user equipment (UE), comprising:
- a radio frequency (RF) unit transceiving a radio signal;
- and
- a processor operatively coupled to the RF unit,
- wherein the processor selects candidate relay UEs satisfying upper layer criteria, finally selects a candidate relay UE of a highest ranking which belongs to the selected candidate relay UEs and satisfies lower layer criteria, and determines the finally selected candidate relay UE to be a relay UE.
