Motor and method of manufacturing motor

A method of manufacturing a motor that includes a stator, a rotor that rotates relatively about a central axis extending in an up-and-down direction with respect to the stator, a holding member having a first through hole, and a circuit board having a second through hole, the method comprising:

• a removing step of removing coating of a coil end portion in the stator that includes
• a stator core which has a core back and a plurality of teeth disposed to the core back radially about the central axis,
• an insulator which covers at least a portion of the stator core,
• a coil in which a coil wire is wound around the teeth with the insulator in between, and
• the coil end portion which is an end portion of the coil wire;
• a first connecting step of connecting the circuit board to the holding member so that the first through hole and the second through hole face each other in the up-and-down direction;
• and
• a second connecting step of connecting the holding member, to which the circuit board is connected, to the insulator, and passing the coil end portion through the first through hole and the second through hole.
